Looking for a piece of History...

It may come as no surprise that I am something of a Dark Conspiracy completist, and I have found out there is something I am missing. Apparently issue 29 of White Wolf Magazine from late 1991 has an article written by Lester W Smith, and I'd love to get a copy from somewhere.

Anybody have one they don't want any more, or know where I can get one for a bargain price?
