Neither mode of transport is very appealing: I remember Harlem Heroes from 2000AD and I've seen Das Boot (as well as reading the novel in two different translations).

I voted "No Way Man!" Unsurprisingly.

I am so happy this thing is unable to start from the ground. Otherwise I would have a hard time with my players...On the other hand...where is the option: I use the jetpack to fly to my submarine car!?
