Hey thanks. I had one from like 2003 or something. I think it is on the Rules page, but it was on the TOS. I may have moved it around at some point and lost it along the way. Like I say, I've redesigned the pages umpteen times and lost PCs and more, so it's just an oversight.

I'm working on getting the whole section in-line and I'll add the Fair Use policy. It should also have the Creative Commons license somewhere on there, but I didn't see it the other day either.
