Saw this on Atlas Obscura, a website that I think I posted here once before. This location is a set of buildings in a dome style that were abandoned before being used. Location is Casa Grande in Arizona.
Although they're completely empty (basically just the shells of the buildings), even the emptiness could work for them in a scenario. the fact that one building is "flying saucer" shaped could give people ideas!

This link on YouTube relates to the alleged ghost story associated with the place, done by someone associated with the Dark Haunts website linked to above. Unfortunately it's about 4 minutes with the first 2 minutes wasted on the drive to the site with some very shaken up camera work because of the road.
