The Black Knight satellite

So I'm just randomly surfing the net for weird stuff to inspire a Dark Conspiracy game or two and I find references to the Black Knight. I haven't yet found any hard information but the following links will hopefully give you a few ideas for DC material.

The statment that started it all off...
From time to time, huge "satellites" have been detected in space, such as "The Black Knight," as have been strange "radio transmissions."
