Every once in a while I come across a story which even for my taste is a bit too much. Here is one about
organised cannibalism. I have no verification of that story, wherever it appears on the net it seems to be the same article. It gives a good idea about the things which are going on in the uncontrolled zones.

Interesting that you should mention this, one of the people in my gaming group ran a DC game where we were trying to solve a series of apparently unrelated murders. It turns out that the murders were all related, they were people who had got too close to revealing the truth behind a very exclusive restaurant chain... the restaurants were serving human flesh and were very quick to kill off anyone who got too close to the truth.
Which meant that those who were killed would appear on the next menu...
