New Site Update

Well it has taken longer than first hoped, but we have our first update on the site.
This time up we have new fiction by Lee Williams, an update to the Developer's Journal and, most importantly, a press release requesting playtesters for our suggested 3rd edition rules changes.
Here's to a conspiracy reborn (and more regular updates).
