Hmm, interesting.
Perhaps the Robocop portrayal of Detroit wasn't so far-fetched after all! :twisted:

Robocop is starting to look more and more like a documentary...and given what's happened to Detroit could it be beyond the bounds of possibility that the city might actually end up being privately run? I imagine quite a lot of people will be watching to see what happens in Honduras with a view to repeating the experiment elsewhere.

This is really scary. Especially in Honduras. It is interesting that they are so open about the fact that all basic human rights will be stripped away from the inhabitants. The authorities will have full autonomy on issuing documents :shock:

Detroit continues to resemble its portrayal in Robocop. It's even got privatised law enforcement now (of sorts).
