Scarfolk Council is a satire/parody blog but some of the author's ideas could be worked into DC with little effort.
It really pays to work through the archives.

There's not a lot of entries yet but so far my particular favourites are: -
"Is your mummy who she says she is?", particularly the associated poster.
"The 'Inoc-uous' vaccination machine"
"The Tim Seven"
"Thought-Detector vans"

This looks great. I've been interested in all things 70s for about a year now so a retro-horror site is right up my street.
