Thrilled as I am over the prospect of a new edition of DC I find myself wondering if you will keep the old system or will the new edition see the use of another?

Hi Nitril, glad you could join us...

Good question. We are looking at a evolved version of the rules. I say evolved as one of our overriding concerns with the game is making sure that all the existing 1st and 2nd edition material is still usable going forward.

In essence this means that while you will see a lot of changes in the new edition we hope to retain the core of, basically, what is Dark Conspiracy.

Of course, we plan on doing a quite a bit of playtesting of our mooted changes before anything is solid, and that one of the reasons we decided to go 'live' with the site before we had a core revised rule book ready for publication.
