I can imagine that decorating the home of a family of rustic Igors. Mind you, in their case such ornamentation may not be solely animal...

Strangely enough one of the PCs in our group makes skulls in such a fashion from the monsters he has killed. Yeah I really wonder if they are still the good guys.
