As this thread has been quiet recently I thought I would revive things. Here is a bunch of DC-relevant stuff to start the ball rolling again. Future posts will probably just have one or two URLs :D

I'd not heard of John Titor before reading this article but I'm sure some other members have.

The man who travelled back from the Dark Times and perhaps inadvertently saved us from them?

Like the chunky military take on the Back-to-the-Future style vehicle mounted time machine.

Oh yes, John Titor.
I followed that story for a little while but the fascination soon wore off (perhaps because I had kinda/sorta already read the scenario in an RPG called The Morrow Project where a leading figure of the story found himself teleported to the future and then returned to the past to warn of an impending apocalyptic war and make preparations to rebuild civilization in the post-apocalypse).

As another item of interest for this collection, HIV has been modified to attack cancer cells and if the clinical tests continue to be positive, it could be the beginning the most effective cancer treatment yet.
The following video is short but provides a reasonable amount of information.
