Space Oddity

Post by Zvezda »

I don't really know what so say about this. It feels like I have been waiting for it to happen for decades. A cosmonaut playing Space Oddity on the ISS.

Colonel Hadfield was referred to just this morning, by one of the BBC's top journalists, as "that Canadian guy"

I think the current commander of the ISS deserves better! They could at least have said his name...stupid media
Lee Williams.

Maybe it comes from playing DC but somehow I always had the greatest respect and admiration for people in space. Actually dogs and monkeys too.
Therefor I could not agree more.

Poor show all round. I thought they meant Captain Kirk.

Did you see that a couple of months back? Shatner heard something about it and Tweeted "@Cmdr_Hadfield Are you tweeting from space? MBB"

To which Hadfield replied "@WilliamShatner Yes, Standard Orbit, Captain. And we're detecting signs of life on the surface."

He ought to be in charge of everything! :)

Never mind Space Oddity, sounds like he should adopt Black Sabbath's "Supernaut" as his theme tune!
