I would say it's equal amounts of both, but there is also a third type of person: people who just make stuff up. I guess in a way, we are guilty of doing that ...

Lee: I have made the same expirience. Most DG players liked DC. I really hope that DC3 will be a commercial success....even though I loved the exclusiveness of DC 8) Well yeah, we have kind of become a little club. Hopefully the new edition will assimilate more food-humans....er, I mean, introduce ...

Zvezda, I have in fact dropped the MP-7 as detailed in the original DC rules and replaced it with the HK MP-5/10 which is the real-world version, a 10mm calibre SMG based on the MP-5 series As for the G-11, it's just weird enough that it might attract a following in the Dark Conspiracy world...

I don't believe that there will be actual dates in the background for the new edition. However, there will be a background that is based on real-world events but extrapolates them into the 'Dark Earth' frame used previously. It won't be exactly the same though, and there will still be plenty of room...
