In Urban Nightmares, the Minion Hunters are set against a challenge that itself does not know it is a threat to humanity. With deaths and disappearances mounting it is up to the characters to track down the source of the evil and stop it before it is too late. But, of course, nothing is ever that simple – roadblocks of all sorts stand in our heroes way from the locals, the corps and even other Darklings.
In this sand-box style scenario the Referee will be able to introduce what happens when the influences of the Dark Ones are introduced to an otherwise quiet urban neighbourhood; one which already struggles against the oppressive influence of the ongoing Greater Depression.
